This car is now owned by Fred Floth of Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The fuel injection is a Hilborn unit originally made for a Pontiac and adapted to a flathead. This conversion takes a little fangling since the ports don't line up exactly. On this car the assembly appears to be mounted "backwards" and an old style breather is mounted on the front of the adaptor plate rather than the rear.
